extra brut “la petite montagne” Premier Cru

Maxime’s first cuvée originally produced from his experimental slice of organically grown vineyards. Now the entire estate is farmed organically and the fruit for this comes from multiple parcels across the estate holdings, but continues to be labeled simply Ponson, instead of being labeled under the family domaine, Pascal Ponson.
