birra bianca

Birra Bianca is the most recent collaboration project Dan has created, here he has teamed up with his good friend Edward Westbrook of Westbrook Brewing in Charleston, SC to produce a fresh, aromatic beer. This saison styled wit beer is aged in used Massican white wine barrels and brewed with a small amount of Sorachi Ace Hops.
